WHAT TO EXPECT
EACH CLASS is 60mins long- it includes a warm-up, a coach led workout and a cool down.
Your COACH WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE hour to ensure you’re COMFORTABLE and have a great experience.
PRIOR training
You do not need to have prior experience to join rise fitness, just a willingness to start and learn.
We recommend starting with our endure/hyrox classes before strength classes if you’re new to training.
