Owned & Operated by Ayo Falae, RISE Fitness has over 12 years of experience working with everyday professionals, high school/collegiate athletes and performers. We specialize in  Strength & Endurance training that’s both progressive and sustainable. Life can be chaotic, your workouts don’t have to follow suit.

SATURDAY: 7:30am, 8:30am & 9:30am (ENDURANCE)

MS/HS 3x/WEEK: Mon, Wed + Fri 3:00pm-4:15pm

HIGH SCHOOL 2x/WEEK: Tues + Thurs 3:00pm-4:15pm

HIGH SCHOOL 3x/WEEK:  Mon, Wed + Fri 10:30am-11:45am

 

OPEN GYM

WEEKDAYS: 7:30-9:00am

WEEKENDS: 10:30-12:00pm
