WHAT TO EXPECT

Each class is 55 minutes long, so please arrive on time to get the most out of your session.

WE’LL guide you every step of the way—teaching proper technique, helping you choose appropriate weights, and ensuring you're training at the right intensity for your experience and goals.

getting started

PRIOR training

No prior fitness experience is required to join RISE. All you need is a willingness to start, a desire to be coached, and the commitment to stay consistent.

If you're new to training, we recommend beginning with our ENDURE/HYROX classes (Monday, Wednesday & Saturday). These classes are a great introduction to our coaching style, movement patterns, and training environment before progressing into our STRONG classes.
